Noodles And Company - Complaint

I ordered two chicken Parmesan meals with no mushrooms add tomato. I asked the lady if she removed mushrooms twice she assured me she did.

While I was standing in restaurant I observed her tell man in back was to be no mushrooms he held bowl up looked at it and said ohh well and she bagged it and didnt say anything knowing they made it wrong. I was traveling and live two hours away so was my meal for when got to my destination when I arrived I phoned restaurant when man was rude and said it was to be no tomato and asked my name I said no need I wouldnt be back and he hung up on me.

I called back and let him know I would be taking photo of grill receipt on my bag that says no mushrooms and send to corporate and he hung up once again. This man then called my phone twice which I did not answer and he decided to leave me an inappropriate voicemail on my cellphone telling me to shut up *** I expect this to be handled and disciplined appropriately because I will be filing a harassment report against your store and the employee as he was the only man working at 5:45pm on February 19, 2024 at the Waterloo, Iowa location

Unacceptable Service

I went to Noodles and Company at 470 Hamline Street N, in St. Paul, MN on 2/28/24 approximately around 8:00 pm.

The guy that took my order was very nice and polite. However, my order was wrong. I respectfully asked them to fix my order and the manager went on to say well I'm not the one who took your order. I responded, saying I'm well aware of who took my order.

The manager walked off and proceeded to do other things. I asked him if he was the manager, although I already knew he was because he was the only one with a collared shirt. I used to work at Noodles years ago, so I know how to tell who is in management positions. He responded saying yes.

I then said as a manager you should be trying to accommodate the customer considering my order was wrong. He said yea, what do you want? I said my order and he comped it. He never apologized or even tried to show me some empathy.

He had an attitude the entire time and was very rude.

ZERO stars for this visit!!! I will not be back!!

My wife and daughter and a few of her friends went into noodles and company in Maplewood off White Bear Ave. My wife was standing looking at the menu when an employee said, you cant be in here unless you order food!

My wife said, yes we are ordering. Im literally looking at the menu to order. Then my daughter had to use the restroom and they said you cant use the restroom without ordering food! After ordering the food my wife got water for everyone.

A few of the girls put pop in the cups as my wife was paying not knowing my wife only got water for them. My wife knew she was already embarrassed but didnt want to tell the girls to dump out the tiny cup of pop they half filled. She figured if someone says something she would just buy pop. Then, Ashley, unfortunately who is your general manager, came over and loudly made a scene in the middle of noodles said you guys stole pop and needed to pay.

It was two water cups barely filled, but my wife understood and paid. My wife saw that Ashely was the manager and told her how she was happy to pay for the pop but was treated poorly when she came in along with how she felt Ashley handled the pop situation and asked for her managers info. Ashley denied giving info saying she is the only one in charge and that she could pass along info. That is highly not the case if its any normal business, everyone has a boss.

The main issues are that no one else was told they needed to order food first and the manger was rude and didnt care to listen how the employee greeted my wife.

She was awful herself. No one else in the store was treated this way or was told that they cant be in the store without ordering food as soon as they came into the restaurant.

When my wife told me this, I truly believe that this was racial profiling because my wife and daughter are Korean and one of her friends is African American. Everyone else in the place was Caucasian. Ashley most likely would have zero courage to go up to a Caucasian person, I guarantee she would let 10 cents in pop when $80.00 was spent for 7 people go.

I called the store and Ashley had another employee pretend to magically be her boss that same night when she told my wife she had no boss.

This guy was awful and rude and honestly seemed like an uneducated worker.

I waited to reach out I until I could personally go in and see if I was treated differently. I went in, asked for a key to use the bathroom, didnt order food, and walked out. I am also Caucasian.

I was treated totally normal and was not told that I needed to order food to be in the restaurant. This is a big problem and Ashley Bower, her employee that treated her terrible from the start and the supposed guy manager should all be fired.

I ordered from franchise in Lincoln Nebraska on 5502 o street. Butter noodles shrimp + baguette -+ drink. The noodles lid had been opened not shut so noodles everywhere in oily ripped bag and an empty cup in the bag NO DRINK & no baguette. Girl that took my order didn't know what she was doing. Had to repeat order multiple times.

When I got my receipt I noticed she over charged me. Asked her to correct. Deer in headlight look. She asked if i wanted to speak with manager.

I said of course you over charged me. She went to get manager and she said he would not come up and he would do the refund tomorrow. I told her that disnt work for me. There should be no reason to not refund it.

She went back again and returned again and said manager said he would do the refund tomorrow. Manager finally came up front and said he could not donthe refund. He then have being pressured said he did not know how and he would have to get with another manager tomorrow. I told him to call the other manager and be walked thru.

He said he had to mich work to do and refused to do the refund. He said that he would do it tomorrow. I was like don't you need my information. So after being prompted he finally asked for my name and phone number.

I finally got my food and the girl that took my order asked if I got my drink.

I said do you see a drinknin my hand. Obviously you never gave me one.

Refund due to hair in food

I did a quick pick up in the downtown naperville location yesterday afternoon and all was good until i opened my rice krispy treat. I got the 10$ deal with the wisconsin mac and cheese, the rice krispy and a fountain drink. it was a short white hair imbedded to the middle of my rice krispy and i am a long haired red hed not have any animals with white hair. I have pictures as well if there is someway to attach them.

Charged for meals did not order

Last week I tried to order catering lunches through your website and was unable to do so. I called a store on 9th Street Rd in Greeley Colorado and was able to place my order for pick up.

I picked up the order and paid there. About 2 hours later I got a call from another location telling me my order was ready. I let them know that I did not place an order there. I was on the website, but my order was incomplete due to the confusing website.

Today while reconciling my company credit card, I see there is a second charge for $173.36, presumable from the second store.

I did not complete this order, pay for it, receive food or a receipt from that location. I will need to receive a refund for the $173.36 along with any original receipts and refund documentation.

Missing food items

I went to noodles on 2725 W. Oklahoma Ave and ordered a backyard BBQ salad w/ parm chicken with chicken noodle soup & a drink and also ordered two confetti rice crispies.

I work across the street so I ordered ahead and went to go pick up my order once it was ready. When I got back to work, I opened up my soup and there were only noodles and broth but I didn't want to go back for the chicken so I ate it. Then when I got my salad out of the bag, again there were no chicken and the salad dressing was missing. So I went back to the noodles to question the missing items.

The girl took everything out of the bag and told the other one to made the chicken. She came back and put the dressing and the chicken back in the bag and said sorry and walked away. I opened the bowl of chicken and there's 6 pieces of chicken in there. The salad was not fresh so I ended up throwing half of the salad away since it was soggy and brown.

Worst experience I had at this location. Two other people came to complain as I was waiting for the chicken. None of the workers had clothes on and one of the girls were scratching her head as she's handling food.

Never have I had such an experience and felt so disgusted by the food that I ordered because that's all I can think about. It was absolutely disgusting to see the workers work in a restaurant and touch everything and continue making the food.

My food

I used to go to noodles and co almost every single day, ordering the penne Rosa with extra sauce. In high school I legitimately went every single day.

I have since moved to Boulder Colorado. Whenever I go now I am extremely disappointed in my meal which really bums me out because I LOVE Noodles and Co so much, but not lately. I have stopped going entirely because I get my pasta and there is basically no sauce on my noodles. I have always also paid for extra penne Rosa sauce because this can be a problem but has only gotten so much worse.

I know that there is a specific amount of extra sauce that they are supposed to give you but it is maybe 2 teaspoons of sauce, never much at all. There is not sauce on the noodles themselves then just a tiny bit of sauce on the side that barely covers half of my noodles. If Im paying for extra sauce as well I should be getting more than that. I know that this is a lot of complaining for what seems like something so small, but to me it was really important.

On bad days I could look forward to noodles and co for dinner.

But now it only makes my bad days worse, which really saddens me to have to say. If this message could really be taken into consideration that would be amazing and I would be happy to start coming back for pasta!
