I ordered a takeout from a noodles restaurant in Savage, MN today. Both items ordered contained chicken.

When i got home, the chicken tasted rubber and / or underdone. We called the store manager to complain and ask for a store credit. Management offered to mail a gift card in the amount of our order. What I found concerning was that the manager said they were having nation wide quality problems with their chicken supplier and they didn't know when the problem would be resolved.

Why would Noodles continue to push their crappy quality? OF course, cost!

What is the cost of lost sales? Bad will?
