Too salty
I stopped ordering the fettuccine with chicken because every single order was to salty to enjoy. Waste of time and money.
Then I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs are not only salty but the meatballs are yucky.
They taste like right from the frozen isle. Processed meat.

When I got home with my order, I noticed immediately that there was no sauce. So I called to complain, and he told me he would send me a free entree coupon.
Today, I went and got my order and was also charged $7 extra for my meal to have chicken, which should have already come with it. I got home and had the same issue: no sauce. I also have pictures.
This is really ridiculous, and I'm really upset about the $7 extra. My meal should have just been replaced for free, and I should also have sauce on my meal.
Bad service, AI on line took order, but it wasn’t the special that I order, cashier had bad customer service attitude,
AI on line took my order, it wasnt the special that I ordered, cashier was having some kind of attitude, she just stood there, telling me that the way it is. The whole experience made me feel like I was wrong, n dealing with cashier is bad, I shouldnt have to deal with that as an adult!!! I will not go there again!!!

I've been a proud customer that has always gotten the penne rosa with extra sauce and extra Parmesan with crusted chicken for years. Now I go in there today and there's rigatoni noodles on my penne rosa.
I asked if this was something that changed throughout the whole news and company recipes, and it is. I am not happy about this. I will not eat this anymore. Now it's called rigatoni rosa!
What the *** are you all thinking? These noodles are thick and do not have the same texture - all noodles are NOT the same - please switch back - penne rosa needs penne noodles.
Preferred solution: Change the recipe noodles back to the penne noodles
Dry noodles and 3 little pieces of steak
The noodles were not what anybody could describe as carmalized.I paid 6 dollars extra for 3 little pieces of steak. The menu was about half of what was on the website.
Spent almost fourty dollars for an inferior product. NOT WORTH IT.

The extra pending charge put me negative in my account. This needs immediate response and correction.
I tried calling my card, the store, and now guest relations. Guest relations did not answer.
I've sent an email and a screenshot of charges previously. This is not okay!

the workers at your location on airport hwy in toledo ohio even management have no idea how to ask people if they have the noodle app or if they want to use points and cant tell anyone how to contact anyone if they forget to use the app themselves.So they just dont care if you dont utlize the points or app. This is extreme example of very poor customer service.
I have gone there serveral times and received the same lazy response or the i dont know. Inquire so yur knowledgeable about the app and be able to assist your customers rather than the attitude your staff has of i dont care just order get your food and leave. i think this is very poor service. please get with your management team so they can be trained on how to assist their customers and thier staff on better communication with the customer.
I also understand this is fast food but dont be so quick and uncaring that you loose customers. This is part of the reason why businesses are closing.

My wife wants just broth or mostly broth with her soup and idk how this system works Im never the one who orders. She was just released from the hospital after surgery and has a ton of medical issues.

I purchased two gift cards on 12/13/24, each worth $100.00. In the hustle and bustle of the holidays, they were lost.
I first went into the store closest to me, the one I always go to. I spoke to the manager at the time, Remy Jordan, who took a picture of my receipt, my name, and number. Sheryl L Smith, 303-776-**** or 303-775-****. Management would be contacting me.
I have returned to our store at 1807 S. Hover St., Longmont, CO 80501 several times. The employees have been very cooperative and nice about trying to get two more gift cards to replace the lost ones. All you as corporate need to do is issue me two new cards, cancelling the numbers on my receipt.
These cards were gifts, very much needed.
I will not give up on $200.00. Please make things happen soon!!!

On the morning of the first, your GM of Santan Gilbert Noodles and Company slammed the door on my body as we walked into the restaurant after arguing about our relationship. Then, she called the cops on me and had them flood the restaurant and treat me like a murder victim.
I asked for the surveillance videos six different times but Lisa refused me, saying Noodles does not have cameras that face the front door; all four cameras face the register.
Next, I was fired and an investigation was supposedly done by the AM, Anthony, and HR, and I'm terminated. I want the surveillance videos of Lisa slamming my body in the door because now my back is hurting and I can barely walk.
Preferred solution: Video surveillance of the Assault and A HR case be opened on Lisa Vanegas and the shady way she is running the Gilbert Location

They are ripping me off. They are avoiding issuing me a new card.
I will be filing a complaint with the attorney Generals office and federal trade commission tomorrow. I've spent the better part of the week (about 2 hours) dealing with this and have gotten nowhere.

Why does a 17 or 18 year old have to remind you? Fast food restaurants aren't closing because Rachael in Ohio can't remember to communicate she has reward points.
