I purchased two gift cards on 12/13/24, each worth $100.00. In the hustle and bustle of the holidays, they were lost.
I first went into the store closest to me, the one I always go to. I spoke to the manager at the time, Remy Jordan, who took a picture of my receipt, my name, and number. Sheryl L Smith, 303-776-**** or 303-775-****. Management would be contacting me.
I have returned to our store at 1807 S. Hover St., Longmont, CO 80501 several times. The employees have been very cooperative and nice about trying to get two more gift cards to replace the lost ones. All you as corporate need to do is issue me two new cards, cancelling the numbers on my receipt.
These cards were gifts, very much needed.
I will not give up on $200.00. Please make things happen soon!!!

They are ripping me off. They are avoiding issuing me a new card.
I will be filing a complaint with the attorney Generals office and federal trade commission tomorrow. I've spent the better part of the week (about 2 hours) dealing with this and have gotten nowhere.
Complaint. We went in for your advertised by one entrée get the second one identical for five dollars. We were then told that didn’t apply to any meal that contain protein whatever the *** that was
your companies policy when it comes to advertisement is both underhanded and insults the intelligence of its patrons. You advertise buy one entrée get the second one for five dollars.
This was not true. If the meal contain protein, as we only found out later, after reading a litany of restrictions, we found out after we paid for the meal that they charged us the full amount. I’ve been unable to contact anyone verbally about this incident in spite of the fact that I was told that someone would speak to me.
Incidentally, my number is 586-530-****. Let’s see where this goes.
Seriously?! Then I have to ask if a meal contains beans, cheese or sprouts which also contain protein does it also not apply.
Youve lost a longtime customer to this nonsensical business decision on your part believe me, Ill be sharing this with each and every person that I know. I went into the West Jordan, Utah location and ordered my favorite meal. I got home, and more than half of it was wrong!
So, I ordered Pesto Cavatappi with extra mushrooms and extra sauce.
I opened it and there were barely any mushrooms and there was chicken in it that I did not order. Plus, I cannot even talk to someone from the restaurant.

Ordered food to be delivered they said it was on the way and the driver never showed up. I called and talked to the manager who swore at me.
I was texted shortly before 9:00 that they were running behind and it would be delivered by 9:08p.m By 9:17 it still hadnt arrived so I called the store . I talked to the manager and asked her where my food was. She very rudely told me it was sitting on the counter. The driver didnt show up.
I asked her what I was supposed to eat now and that I received a text saying it was coming but going to be late. She said I have no idea I gave you a *** refund and I didnt even have to do that! I was pissed off after she said that. I ordered a lot from your store, but never will again!
If I was the manager I would have delivered it myself. If thats how your managers represent your company I will make sure everyone on Facebook, friends anyone knows how I was treated by a person representing your company! She should be fired! Manitowoc isnt that big everything closes early.
Someone, Im sure took my $37.00 order home while Im sitting here starving. What a shameful company allowing managers to swear at people.I told her Id being filing a complaint she said she didnt give a *** Nice

We've been ordering from noodles and company online using their app for several years. Now suddenly we cant.
Weve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on our iPads and iPhones, opening a new account and even tried to order on our desktop which told us we our blocked. Why, I dont know. My daughter has used the app at noodles and company for several years which suddenly just stopped working so then I tried to open one and it wont let me. Very frustrating.
So I called to order and the robot kept getting our order wrong so I gave up. My daughter and I have not received a response from noodles and company about this issue.
I attached what pops up when I try to make an account. Can you please help fix this problem?

Went to Noodles and company for the first time a few days ago and the best experience that I have had in years! Thanks Gabe!
Went to the same location thinking that will happen again, No At All! Ordered a dish, no meat, just noodles. They added steak, sent it back, they "remade", there was less noodles but small pieces of steak. Sent back again.
Spoke to the manager he said he can make again, I said no thank you.
Not very apologetic. Too many workers standing around doing nothing

This is my first time ordering from Noodles & Company. I placed two orders; my first order was Baked Chicken Alfredo.
The second order was Spaghetti with Marinated Steak. I'm disappointed in my order because the spaghetti with marinated steak didn't have much taste to it, it also didn't have much steak at all. The Baked Chicken Alfredo didn't have much chicken in it either. I paid over $25 for this order.
To be honest, I could've gone somewhere else and got a better deal, maybe could've gotten more food portion as well. My issue is the food didn't have a lot of taste, it was plain, and there weren't enough toppings that I paid extra for.
I also didn't receive the points for making these orders. I still have my receipt.

Hello,
My noodles dish was made awfully. I got a Alfredo montamore, with parm crusted chicken.
The chicken was beyond burnt. I couldnt even eat my food. I am so upset due to the fact that this was a dish that costed me $15.
For $15 I couldve gotten a better dish elsewhere with proper chicken. I hate to complain, but this was ridiculous.
I would like to be compensated for my dish.

Noodles & Company does not have delivery drivers. When you placed your order, it was through DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub or possibily Postmates.
Noodles & Company has no control over the drivers from these 3 party companies. Most restaurants wish they didn't have to deal with them at all. Your refund should have come from the delivery service and if you never received your food or money back, you should contact the delivery service. Your expectation the manager should have delivered your food is insane.
They are there to manage the store and it's daily operations and their employees. They are not delivery drivers or your personal slaves.
If the manager cursed at you, I am betting you talked to her like she was not even a fellow human being, because too many customers think they have that right. They don't and more customers are realizing that employees won't take their verbal abuse anymore.
I’m amazed the loser doesn’t keep any food at home.
